Today you’re going to learn all about glue and which ones work best for paper crafts and bookbinding.

Now if you do a Google search for best archival safe glues you’ll find a long list of options.
Here is the first thing that pops on from my search.

PVA Adhesive – The links below are my affiliate links and I will make a small commission.  But, there is no extra cost involved for you.

Books by Hand pH Neutral PVA Adhesive is water soluble, solvent-free, acid-free, quality adhesive made of archival polyvinyl acetate. It can be thinned with water to extend drying time if desired. It should not become brittle with age and adheres to most porous surfaces. Ideal for bookbinding and paper projects.

My daily go-to glue for all of my journals and bookmaking is Aleens Tacky Glue

It dries stiff and needs to be used very sparingly in my opinion.  A little goes a long way.  It can be mixed with water so you don’t see the glue through the paper or card stock after it dries.
