Summer is here and we are feeling the heat here in Florida! Here is an easy no-bake recipe that is vegan friendly and will help you stay cool and boost your energy this summer.
This is a new recipe my daughter made that is totally a hit with those who love healthy choices and are eating a vegan diet.
RAW BANANA & HONEY GRANOLA BARS
1 MEDIUM RIPE BANANA
2 CUPS RAW ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE OATS
1 CUP RAW ALMOND BUTTER, SESAME BUTTER
OR NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
1/4 CUP RAW ORGANIC HONEY
2 TBS. BEE POLLEN (natural energy)
1 TSP. ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TSP. GROUND ORGANIC CINNAMON
ORGANIC COCONUT OIL, RAW AND UNREFINED
Coat a 9 inch square freezer safe dish with the coconut oil.
Mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl until
well blended. Spoon mixture into the greased dish and cover
and freeze overnight. Last 2 weeks in freezer. Use sharp
knife to slice each portion. Enjoy!
